Anabelle Rondon is an accomplished professional who brings a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and home selling process. Drawing from over 15 years of experience as a housing advocate, network organizer, and homeownership advisor in the Community Development field, Anabelle has built a reputation for her refreshingly friendly people care and proven ability to guide buyers to obtain the best value for their dream home. She’s all about the experience, a key characteristic in assisting sellers to a smooth, stress-free sale of their home. She plays many roles close to her heart, all focused on empowering others to claim their influence and build wealth. While working in the community development field and helping mobilize advocates to impact housing policies at the State level in Massachusetts, Anabelle started a real estate business with her partner. They developed a small portfolio of rental and investment properties over the last five years. In this role, she managed the residential apartment buildings and tenants relations. She ran everything from onboarding tenants, day-to-day property operations and enhancing the value of the property to making sure tenants would call their rental units home. Anabelle’s love for real estate runs deep; since 24 years of age she has purchased several homes that she remodeled to make it her own while improving their values. Home staging is on the horizon for her, which has inspired a blog where Anabelle shares ideas on modern-industrial home decor style, upcycling and eco-friendly DIYs; latinaminimalist.com. Most recently, she launched her own podcast, “Jugando Tus Fichas (jugandotusfichas.com),” targeted to mid-level career and young Latinas who want to play big and come up with a strategic career game plan.
